He has written over 150 Sterile Processing articles, with his work being published in Becker’s Hospital Review, Infection Control Today, Healthcare Purchasing News, Communique, Outpatient Surgery Magazine, AAMI BI&T Journal, SteriWorld, and other publications across the globe. His passion is seeing frontline Sterile Processing professionals equipped to #FightDirty, every instrument, every time.

Lindsay has been an active part of the Sterile Processing industry as a speaker at medical facilities and educational seminars around the United States and Canada and has educated healthcare personnel on both fundamental and progressive industry topics.

Lindsay was a contributing writer for the Certified Endoscope Reprocessing Technician manual through IAHCSMM. She is a member of IAHCSMM and AORN and was named 2014 Educator of the Year by the Golden West Central Service & Healthcare Chapter and 2015 Vendor of the Year by the California Central Service Association.

He began his career as a Sterile Processing technician at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville, KY, and went on to serve as Supervisor & Manager at various hospitals around the city. In 2016, as SPD Manager at Jewish Hospital, Bobby’s department was named the HPN CS/SPD Department of the year.

She is a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and a Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) through IAHCSMM. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a focus in Marketing from The College of Saint Scholastica. Chelsea’s desire is to connect fellow frontline professionals with industry knowledge with the goal of providing exceptional patient care experiences.

She also holds a certification as a Meyers Briggs Practitioner, specializing in interpersonal communication. Lisa contributes as an SME volunteer for standards development and other industry related projects that promote the Sterile Processing profession; including writing workshops focused on creating and revising questions for the IAHCSMM certification exams. As a healthcare professional that is driven to influence positive change for patient safety initiatives, Lisa is a catalyst for the advancement of infection prevention within Sterile Processing. Her passion is education and she is energized when she can utilize her experience to develop people.
