Len Sparks is the director of Operations at VERDA. He has helped VERDA develop numerous products and services in the healthcare industry, including an ST108-compliant modular water treatment system for Sterile Processing, a real-time water quality monitoring system with alerts, alarms, and trending data, and VERDA’s comprehensive water quality service offering that combines the equipment, maintenance, monitoring, water testing, training, and consultation.

Len led the VERDA team that developed the first AAMI-compliant water treatment system in a mobile sterile processing platform, which included a comprehensive remote monitoring system. He is an active AAMI committee member who helped write the ST108 standard and the follow-up AAMI TIR guideline on how to implement ST108 and develop a water management program.
